I think im paying wayy to much for hydro. how can i check? and if someone is stealing energy from me will i get re-imbursed for the last year?i pay almost $200 – $300 every two months. I live on top of a plaza so it is possible that a store could be using my energy, the building is pretty old. But i dont see why i pay so much i work all day and get home lat every night.
