I would like to make a small water fountain for my garden, but without it using any electricity, or solar power, i want to make one that works just by the power of water. . . if ya get what i mean

I used a 12v 5w polycrystalline solar panel (the most efficient type), with a solar battery charge controller (both available on eBay). The solar panel was $30 and the controller was about $15 or less. I bought a 12-foot cigarette lighter extension cord for $3 at Big Lots, cut it in half, used half so I can plug in my solar panel to my car, and used the other half with my other small solar setup, to charge my cell phone, with a car USB charger (future video). ******************************************** PS What do you think of my improved audio quality? in the middle of playing a game my xbox 360 starts turning its self off and on on. then i unplugged it when i plugged it back in the middle of the power button is flashing green and the disk will not eject at all. and on top of the that its still turning its self off and on. any help to fix this would be great thanks in advance!
